Airboat Operator/Licensed Herbicide Technician

Position Description:

Ground Level, Inc.is currently seeking to employ full-time commercially licensed herbicide applicators.

• Traverse water bodies via airboat in search of nuisance/exotic vegetation
• Apply appropriate herbicides to targeted vegetation
• Maintain compliance with chemical labels and laws
• Maintain a professional image
• Ability to work well with a diverse group of people
• Dependability and reliability
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Work Hours:

• Monday thru Friday
  • Saturdays as needed
• 6:30am to 5:00pm

Required:

• Ability to pass drug test and background check
• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Airboat operation experience

Preferred but not required:

• Off-road driving experience
• Experience operating an ATV
• Commercial herbicide applicators license – aquatic endorsement

Salary:

• Based on experience/ knowledge
